OFFERS
Prices are exempt from VAT (small business exempt from VAT). The initial introductory meeting (intake) is completely non-binding and of course, free of charge. The quotation is valid for 30 days, serves as the basis for the subsequent invoice, and applies only to the specific assignment. The execution of the assignment will commence only after the approval of the quotation by the client, via email or in writing. From that point, the agreement becomes binding. If the assignment is modified after the quotation confirmation, the price quotation can be revised.
INVOICES
Upon the expiration of the due date without receiving payment, the customer will receive a first reminder email to complete the payment within 7 days. If the payment is still not settled after this period, the invoice will be increased by a legal surcharge of 10% with a minimum of €50, as contractual liquidated damages. Under no circumstances will photos be delivered before the invoice is paid in full.
PHOTOGRAPHY
By booking, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions. Photos taken may be published on the website (www.studiomorgane.be) and social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). If this is not desired, please notify us in advance. Once the customer receives a confirmation via email, the chosen date is reserved. In case of cancellation 1 day or less before the start of the photo session, the full amount will be charged. For cancellations 2 to 5 days before the session, half of the amount will be charged. Rescheduling a photoshoot is always free of charge, provided it is communicated in a timely manner (at least 7 days in advance).
For a no-show (customer who does not show up), the full amount will always be charged. The number of photos a customer receives after the session depends on several factors. The exact number cannot be predetermined, but the customer will always be given an indication based on a minimum. The number of delivered photos may vary between sessions.
Studio Morgane selects from all captured images. This selection is edited and delivered in the form of an online gallery. No unedited originals will be provided, neither from the photos in the online gallery nor from those not selected. The customer will receive all images in JPEG format, and RAW files cannot be requested under any circumstances.
All images are edited according to Studio Morgane's style. No alterations are allowed to be made to the photos.
The use of filters or any method to change the color or style of the photo is not permitted. Photos taken during a session are subject to copyright legislation. This means that photos may not be used for commercial purposes without explicit, prior consent from the photographer. Any form of commercial use without permission will incur a surcharge according to standard rates. Additionally, unauthorized modification of photos will also result in an extra charge.
